Luxurious hotel, spent our time lovely. We were in a good and beautiful location very close to France restaurant and Shiojitei for the pearl onsen. There was Minerva nearby to grab something to eat.

The hotel was easy to get to from the train station, either by shuttle or walking. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure to introduce us to the hotel facilities and even assisting with our luggage. The onsen had a unique pearl aurora effect and was a must-try for guests. The room was pleasant, with comfortable futon beds and a view of the ocean.

The selection of dishes for dinner and breakfast could have been more extensive.

We especially enjoyed the complimentary dessert offered upon arrival and the delicious breakfast served every morning.

Our experience during New Year’s Eve was not ideal. The hotel was very crowded with loud and rowdy guests, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay.

I loved the room with the open-air bath. The breakfast had a great selection of outstanding food and drinks. It had an excellent location next door to Toba Ekimae Shotengai. The staff were all incredibly attentive and helpful, which was unquestionably a plus.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, and the room amenities were top-notch. The sitting area and terrace added to the comfort of the room, and the mini-bar provided a variety of drinks to enjoy. The hotel also offered a range of facilities, including a restaurant with special diet menus and a spa center with relaxing hot spring baths and treatment rooms. we highly recommend this place for its outstanding service, stunning location, and excellent facilities.

For my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome that I received from the staff upon arrival. the free welcome drink and the cozy lounge area helped me to relax in the first few minutes. the room's facilities were very good, with a great view of the city and comfortable bedding. the location was also convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Lastly, the breakfast and dinner served were exquisite, offering local cuisine from the region.

I loved the spaciousness of the room and the private veranda with an open-air bath. It was great to have complimentary drinks and Mikimoto cosmetics in the bathroom. The shuttle service to and from the hotel was convenient and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We were welcomed with a delicious homemade cheesecake upon arrival, a delightful touch. The Japanese-style room was simple yet perfectly crafted, making us feel at home. The onsen provided a luxurious and relaxing experience. The staff were attentive and personalized our service, making us feel like we were in a high-end hotel. Despite the inconvenience of the closed dinner facilities, the nearby sister hotel offered great food. we highly recommend International Hotel Shiojitei for a memorable stay.
